QuotePro stores everything on your iPhone. There are no accounts and no cloud servers, so moving to a new phone means moving the data on the device.
Before you do anything
Make a backup of your old iPhone before you erase it or trade it in. QuotePro's privacy policy explains why: we do not receive a copy of your customers, quotes, photos, videos or payment records, so we cannot recover them for you.
Move to a new iPhone
Use one of the standard iOS options:
- Quick Start, iOS's built-in transfer from your old iPhone to the new one.
- Restore from a backup. Restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of your old one.
QuotePro also has a built-in export and import tool for backing up and restoring your data.
If you deleted the app
We do not have a copy of your data, so we cannot restore it. If you have an iCloud or computer backup from before you deleted the app, you can restore the device from it.
