Leaderboard scores are not showing
Tiny Survivor uses Game Center leaderboards for Best Time, Most Kills and Highest Wave. To see scores:
- Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings → Game Center.
- Make sure you have an internet connection. Scores are submitted when Game Center is available.
The rewarded ad did not load
After a defeat you can continue a run by watching an optional rewarded ad. If it does not load, check your internet connection and try again in a moment. If ads keep failing, email us with your device and iOS version.
Refunds and purchases
The game offers an optional consumable in-app purchase, the 3 Revive Pack. Purchases are handled by Apple, and Apple decides refund requests. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Used revives cannot be restored.
Ad tracking
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to change ad tracking. Declining tracking does not stop you from playing for free.
