Website hosting and maintenance
Hosting and maintenance, handled for a flat monthly fee.
A website needs somewhere to live and ongoing care. Our monthly plan covers both, so you do not have to manage it yourself.
Overview
What the plan covers
From our published Terms of Service, unless your agreement says otherwise.
Hosting
Hosting for the agreed website.
Routine dependency updates
Routine dependency updates for the agreed website. Content updates are not included.
SSL and monitoring
SSL (HTTPS) and basic security monitoring.
Daily backups
Automated daily backups kept for 30 days, where the hosting platform supports it.
Security patching
Security patching for the site as delivered.
Email support
Support for issues with the site as delivered, with a 2 business day response target. We do not guarantee response or resolution times.
Fit
Who this is for
- Businesses that want a website kept online and up to date without managing it.
- Owners who would rather ask for a change than learn to make it.
- Companies whose current site has no one looking after it.
What is not included
The Terms of Service say the plan does not include content updates after launch, new features, redesigns, extra pages or revision rounds, or third-party fees such as domain registration. We do not offer unlimited revisions or updates. Those are quoted separately before work starts. We aim to keep sites available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Your domain and cancelling
You find and buy your own domain name and keep ownership of it. While we work on your site you add us as an administrator on your domain account, and you can remove that access when the work ends. Registration stays in your name, and cancelling never affects it.
The plan renews monthly. You can cancel with 30 days of notice by emailing us or opening a support ticket, and hosting and maintenance stop at the end of the paid period. Read the full terms for details.
What maintenance usually means
In general, website maintenance can involve security updates, monitoring, backups, small content changes, fixes, browser compatibility and performance checks. Plans differ between providers, so always ask what is included. Our guide lists questions to ask any provider, including us.
Process
How we work
A general outline. Timelines and details depend on each project and are discussed up front.
Plan
We talk through your business, your goals, and what the project needs to do. Then we outline scope, content, and a practical approach before any build work starts.
Build & launch
We design and build in stages, sharing progress so you can give feedback. We test across devices, fix what we find, and help get the work live.
Grow
After launch, we can keep improving and maintaining the product as your needs change.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What does the $0 upfront and $50 per month offer include?
We build your website with no upfront development cost. The $50 per month covers hosting and ongoing maintenance. The plan includes up to 5 standard pages and 2 rounds of revisions before launch. Content updates after launch, in-depth features and upgrades are not included and are quoted before work starts.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. You can cancel with 30 days of notice by emailing us or opening a support ticket. Hosting and maintenance stop at the end of the paid period in which the notice period ends. Cancelling never affects your domain, which stays registered in your name. See our terms for details.
Do I need to buy my own domain name?
Yes. You are responsible for finding and purchasing your own domain, so you own it from day one. You then invite us as an admin on your domain account while we work, and you can remove that access whenever you like.
Can I own my website instead of renting it from you?
Yes, you can ask for a transfer at any time. The fee is quoted individually in writing and covers the source files, database (if applicable), domain and hosting access, deployment documentation and reasonable help moving to your chosen host. Third-party fees and outstanding subscriptions are not included.
