What does the $0 upfront and $50 per month offer include?
We build your website with no upfront development cost. The $50 per month covers hosting and ongoing maintenance. The plan includes up to 5 standard pages and 2 rounds of revisions before launch. Content updates after launch, in-depth features and upgrades are not included and are quoted before work starts.
How long does a website take?
Most small business sites take a few weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly you can send logos, photos and text.
Do I need to buy my own domain name?
Yes. You are responsible for finding and purchasing your own domain, so you own it from day one. You then invite us as an admin on your domain account while we work, and you can remove that access whenever you like.
Do you offer SEO?
Yes. SEO is a supporting part of our website development work, covering technical audits, page titles and descriptions, structured data, site speed and Search Console setup. We cannot promise a specific ranking, because search engines decide that, but we make sure your site is built to be found.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes. You can cancel with 30 days of notice by emailing us or opening a support ticket. Hosting and maintenance stop at the end of the paid period in which the notice period ends. Cancelling never affects your domain, which stays registered in your name. See our terms for details.
Do you need to be near me to work with you?
No. Forsyth Development is a fully online business, so we work with clients anywhere by email, forms and video or phone calls.
