Your website is set up with $0 upfront development cost. The $50 per month covers ongoing site maintenance and hosting.

Ongoing site maintenance. Under our terms, unless your agreement says otherwise, the plan covers hosting for the agreed website, SSL, routine dependency updates, basic security monitoring, security patching, daily backups kept for 30 days (where the hosting platform supports it), and email support with a 2 business day response target.

Hosting for your website is included in the monthly price. We aim to keep sites available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The $50 per month covers hosting and ongoing site maintenance. Content changes, new features and redesigns are not part of it and are quoted separately before work starts.

In-depth features and upgrades may cost extra. Anything bigger than the plan covers is quoted in writing before work begins, so there are no surprise bills.

You do. The business is responsible for finding and purchasing its own domain name and keeping it renewed, paid directly to your registrar. We work in your domain account as an added admin (you invite us), and you can remove that access whenever you like.

Yes. You can cancel with 30 days of notice by emailing us or opening a support ticket. Hosting and maintenance stop at the end of the paid period in which the notice period ends, and your domain is never affected. Partial months are not prorated or refunded unless required by law or stated in your agreement. See our terms for details.

Ownership of work we build for you is set out in your written agreement. If you would rather own your website than rent it, you can ask for a transfer at any time.

The ownership transfer fee is quoted individually in writing when you ask. It includes transfer of the website source files, the database (if applicable), domain and hosting access, deployment and configuration documentation, and reasonable assistance moving to your chosen hosting provider. Third-party service fees and outstanding subscription costs are not included.

The monthly plan renews monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days of notice. Any other commitment, such as a minimum term, is set out in your written agreement. Minimum term: Confirmed when we scope your project.

Yes. SSL (HTTPS) is included on every website we host.
