This page explains in plain language what information this website handles. It is a general summary, not legal advice.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through the contact form:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Business name (optional)
  • Whether you have a website and, if so, its domain
  • Email address (optional)
  • Your message

The form also sends a hidden spam-prevention field, the time you opened the form, and a short label of the page you came from (for example, which of our ad pages you used; it is "website" otherwise) so we know which page the inquiry came from. The first two are used only to filter automated submissions.

When you submit the form, our server also sees your IP address. We use it only to limit abuse: it is turned into a one-way hash (not stored as a readable address) and used in short-lived counters that cap how many submissions can be sent in a short time. The same kind of hash of your phone number and message is used to avoid sending a duplicate email if you submit twice.

How we use it

We use this information only to reply to your inquiry, discuss your project, and keep the form free of spam and abuse. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Where it goes

When you submit the form, your message is sent to our Gmail inbox ([email protected]) through Resend (an email-delivery service), which delivers the email on our behalf as our service provider. The form is processed by a Cloudflare server function. Your information is then stored in our email account, and we keep it for as long as needed to respond and for our business records unless you ask us to delete it. These providers may process data in the United States.

We do not sell your information or share it for cross-context advertising.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies, and does not load third-party scripts or fonts. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals differently because the site does not track visitors across sites.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosts, Cloudflare may keep standard server and security logs (such as IP address and requested pages) as part of operating the service. We do not use these logs for tracking visitors.

Your rights and deletion requests

Depending on where you live (for example California, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom), you may have rights to ask what information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. To make a request, ask us to delete information you sent us, or if you have questions about this page, email [email protected].

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Who we are

This site is operated by Forsyth Development LLC, a California limited liability company.
