My leaderboard scores are not showing
Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings → Game Center, and that you have an internet connection. Scores are submitted when Game Center is available. More in the support article.
The rewarded ad did not load
Check your internet connection and try again in a moment. If ads keep failing, email us with your device and iOS version.
I want a refund for a purchase
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My progress is gone
Progress is saved on your device only; the game has no accounts. Deleting the game or using Settings → Reset progress erases it, and we cannot restore it.
Something else is wrong
Contact support with your iPhone model, iOS version, the Tiny Survivor version, and a screenshot or screen recording if it helps. You can also use the feedback form.
