Progress and data
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. The game has no accounts, so progress is not stored on our servers. Deleting the game or using Settings → Reset progress erases it.
How do I delete my data?
Use Settings → Reset progress inside the game, or delete the game. Details are in the privacy policy.
Gameplay
What is a revive?
After a defeat you can continue the run by watching an optional rewarded ad, or by using a revive from the 3 Revive Pack purchase.
Do I need two hands?
No. Tiny Survivor is designed for one-thumb play: drag to move, and attacks fire automatically at the nearest enemy.
Ads, purchases and privacy
The rewarded ad did not load.
Check your internet connection and try again in a moment. If ads keep failing, email us with your device and iOS version.
I want a refund for a purchase.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change ad tracking?
Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking does not stop you from playing for free.
Leaderboards
My leaderboard scores are not showing.
Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings → Game Center, and that you have an internet connection.
