Most QuotePro questions come down to one fact: your data is stored on your iPhone only. There is no account and no cloud copy, so we cannot see or recover it. These answers come from the QuotePro support page.
I got a new iPhone. How do I move my data?
Use iOS's built-in transfer (Quick Start), or restore your new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of your old one. Make a backup before you erase or trade in a device. There is more detail in the support article.
I deleted the app and my data is gone
We do not have a copy, so we cannot restore it. If you have an iCloud or computer backup from before you deleted the app, you can restore the device from it.
How do I send a quote, contract or change order?
Generate the PDF in the app, then use the share button to send it by email, message, AirDrop or another app.
I cannot add photos or videos
QuotePro asks for camera and photo library access only when you capture or pick media. If you declined, change it in iOS Settings → QuotePro. The app works without these permissions, but you will not be able to add photos or videos.
