Customer management
Keep contact details and addresses for each customer. Add custom fields such as square footage or gate codes, and track referrals.
Quotes and job tracking
Track every job from first contact to final payment. Each quote moves through Pending, Awaiting, Accepted, Declined and Completed, so nothing is left unanswered. Quotes can include line items, change orders, expenses, labor entries, inspections and notes.
Before and after photos
Each quote has its own Before, After and custom photo folders, so documentation stays with the work. You can take photos with the camera or choose them from your photo library, and videos can be added too. The app asks for camera and photo library access only when you capture or pick media, and works without those permissions, though you will not be able to add photos or videos. You can change permissions in iOS Settings → QuotePro.
Inspection and work scheduling
Schedule inspections and work dates inside each quote. Dates appear on a color-coded calendar. If you schedule reminders, the app may ask permission to show local notifications; they are created and delivered on your device.
PDFs, contracts and signatures
QuotePro generates PDF documents (quotes, contracts, change orders) and supports on-screen signatures and a saved business profile with your logo. Share a PDF with the standard iOS share sheet to send it by email, message, AirDrop or another app.
Payment tracking
Record cash, check, card or transfer payments and see what is paid and still owed. These entries are records of payments you received; QuotePro does not process card payments.
Statistics
Acceptance rate and monthly earnings charts show how your business is trending.
Private by design
Everything is stored on your iPhone. There are no accounts, no subscriptions and no cloud. A built-in export and import tool backs up and restores your data. The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking.
