QuotePro is a job management app for deck contractors. It keeps customer records, quotes, job photos, scheduling and payment tracking in one place on your iPhone.
What you need
- An iPhone running iOS 17.6 or later.
- The app, which is free on the App Store (Business category, 4+ age rating).
There is no account to create and no subscription. QuotePro has no sign-in and no cloud service: everything you enter is stored privately on your iPhone, and we cannot see it. See the privacy policy for details.
How a job flows through QuotePro
QuotePro follows a job from first contact to final payment:
- Add the customer. Save contact details and addresses, plus custom fields such as square footage or gate codes, and track where the referral came from.
- Create a quote for the job. Each quote belongs to a customer and moves through the statuses Pending, Awaiting, Accepted, Declined and Completed.
- Document the work. Each quote has its own Before, After and custom photo folders.
- Schedule dates. Inspection and work dates are scheduled inside the quote and appear on a color-coded calendar.
- Record payments. Log cash, check, card or transfer payments to see what is paid and what is still owed. QuotePro records payments you received; it does not take payments itself.
- Review the numbers. Statistics show your acceptance rate and monthly earnings.
You can also generate PDFs (quotes, contracts, change orders) and send them with the standard iOS share sheet, for example by email, message or AirDrop.
Back up your data
Because your data lives on your iPhone only, back it up. QuotePro has a built-in export and import tool for backing up and restoring your data, and iOS device backups also cover it. If you delete the app without a backup, we cannot restore your data. See troubleshooting for moving to a new iPhone.
